I have not received an award notice what should I do?
If you apply by the 30 June Guarantee date, you should receive your award notice or a request for more information, prior to the start of your course. You can track the progress of your application using our online services.
I have lost my award notice what should I do?
Ask for a copy of your award notice using our online service or automated telephony service on 0300 555 0505. You will need your SAAS web account login details or SAAS reference number to use these services.
I need someone to explain my award notice to me?
Our General Enquiry Unit will be able to explain any points you are not sure about on your award notice. You can contact them on 0300 555 0505 (option 4).
